Creating our Bloom Artisan Wafers is a labor of love and the perfect accompaniment for your special celebration.

As with everything, we create here at the The Platter Share, our stunning wafers are made from scratch, handmade in our Wanaka kitchen, with ingredients supplied from our own gardens and local growers.

The magic in the crackers is in the transparency of them, so you can see all the beautiful blooms and herbs hidden in the delightfully crisp tulle layers, that provide a taste sensation.

Our stunning wafers are made using a traditional Italian preparation method and no one wafer is the same.

It took many hours of experimentation and adjustment to create these perfect wafers, which are made with simple ingredients but pack a flavour punch and something special in every bite.

There’s a little taste of Wanaka sunshine and love in every mouthful, and our Bloom Artisan Wafers will add that special element to any of our amazing.
